a two day virtual workshop to help you uncover your story, strengthen your message, and connect with your people.

The Story Workshop

Most of us aren't telling
our stories.

Not because we don't want to.
Because no one ever taught us how to
find them, shape them, or use them
in a way that feels true.

this workshop is a slow, creative excavation of your story.

We'll explore the moments that have shaped you, the beliefs you've been carrying, the shifts that have changed you, and the memories that still pull at you.

And then we'll turn those into something you can use. Something that connects you to your people. Something that makes your work unforgettable.

Something that creates human connection in a world overrun with artificial content and carefully curated moments.

Storytelling isn't shock value or oversharing. It's selecting the moments that matter. The small, personal stories you want to tell, that help your people feel understood and connected to you.

Here's what we'll do
during our two days together:

01

Build a timeline of your stories. We'll uncover memories you've forgotten, overlooked, or never realized mattered.

02

Identify the beliefs those stories created. The rules you inherited. The truths you still carry. The ones that shaped your work, your voice, your visibility, and how you show up.

03

Sort through what to keep and what to let go of. You'll clearly identify what still serves you, and what's holding you back.

04

Reconnect with your values and your unique point of view. You'll clarify what's important to you and how your unique experiences are the foundation of the message you're meant to lead with for your people.

05

Create a personal Story Bank you'll actually use. Podcast intros. Instagram stories. Workshops. Speaking opportunities. Signature talks. Small everyday moments that make your people feel connected and understood. You'll walk away with a bank of ready-to-use stories that help you share with clarity and confidence, and make your people feel more connected to you.

06

Connect your stories to your people. With your Story Bank in place, you’ll learn how to weave your stories into your work in a way that feels natural and honest. So the stories you tell feel meaningful and relevant to the people you serve.

Ask yourself this:

Do you want to feel steadier and more confident in the stories you tell? Clear on why they're meaningful and how you can make them connect to your people?

Are you ready to use storytelling in a way that builds trust and community, instead of overthinking every word you share?

Would a bank of meaningful stories for your content, your conversations, and your work make showing up feel easier?

Stoytelling isn't a performance.

The most resonant storytellers take the time to uncover what their stories mean.

When you do that work first, your stories are grounded and honest.

It's what helps you tell them in a way that serves others, not just reopens a moment you're still standing inside.

I'm Molly

I've been working in the online space for 21 years (do NOT do the math!) I've worked as a freelance writer with articles published in print magazines and online. I've shot product shoots for brands you've probably stashed in your grocery cart and worked as a social media strategist for the web's #1 global parenting site.

But in 2017, I struck out on my own. I've always had a different approach to building a business--one that geeks out over the potential and impact of an online business. But with a firm belief that above all our offline life is what's most important. It's where the idea of a SOFT business began. And it's at the heart of every strategy I teach.
