Terms & Conditions, Soft Business Club (Molly Balint) In-Person Retreat, October 2026
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
Registration & Payment
Your registration fee is $1,500, payable in full at checkout or in four monthly payments of $375. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of your first payment. If you are enrolled in the payment plan, all four payments must be completed by the dates specified at checkout. Failure to complete your payment plan will result in cancellation of your registration, and payments already made will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation by the attendee, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 30 days before the event. All transfer requests are subject to our approval.
In the event that we cancel the retreat, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.
What's Included
Your registration includes admission to all retreat sessions, lunch and snacks on both full retreat days, the Thursday evening dinner, and a swag bag.
What's Not Included
Lodging, airfare, and transportation are not included and are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Photo & Video
By attending, you grant Molly Balint permission to photograph and record sessions for use in marketing and promotional materials. If you have concerns about this, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Conduct
All attendees are expected to participate with professionalism and respect. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive or harmful, without refund.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or programming with reasonable notice. Registered attendees will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
