SOFT Business Club – Terms & Conditions
By joining SOFT Business Club, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Options
You may join on a month-to-month basis or pay annually at a reduced rate.
Membership fees are billed automatically based on your chosen plan.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You are solely responsible for managing your own membership, including cancellations and payment updates, through your account settings.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or unused time.
3. Access After Cancellation
When your membership is canceled—either by you or due to non-payment—your access to the SOFT Business Club community, resources, and course library will end immediately when your current paid period expires.
If a payment is declined or fails, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you and allow you to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved promptly, your membership will be terminated and access removed immediately.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and application of the strategies taught. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, and resources inside the club are the intellectual property of Molly Balint / Farmhouse Creative Marketing.
You may not share, copy, distribute, or resell any materials from the club.
6. Personal Use Only
Membership access is for one individual. Sharing your login, allowing others to use your account, or republishing any content is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
7. Respectful Participation
The SOFT Business Club is a supportive, respectful community. Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
